WHY DID THE HOUSE BUDGET CUT $80 MILLION FROM COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (WHERE THE VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WANT TO LIVE) AND ONLY CLOSES TWO SWIMMING POOLS IN STATE DD INSTITUTIONS?

WHY ARE THE CUTS IN DD COMMUNITY SERVICES AND STATE DD INSTITUTIONS NOT EQUITABLE?

WHY DID THEY NOT CLOSE AT LEAST ONE OF THE FIVE DD INSTITUTIONS AS THE GOVERNOR AND THE SENATE DID?
