Kelly Church (Arc of Snohomish Parent/Family Coalition Coordinator) had the opportunity to travel to Washington DC for the Disability Policy Seminar. While there she made appointments to meet with many of our Representatives. This is a picture of her with Senator Cantwell. Kelly was able to share about the concerns surrounding the population of individuals with developmental disabilities.
